I like that you can manage all your servers from one place instead of having to go through each server individually in order to make changes or check status/health.

It's not as easy at it could be but still very useful if used correctly! You have many different options when using this application including being able to set up alerts etc which are helpful because they notify me immediately should there ever an issue arise with any of my Servers (which has happened before). The fact that we were previously managing our entire environment via email was really cumbersome so now everything goes into 1 spot making things much easier.
