Review on Ergotron – LX Single Monitor Arm by Gregory Chaitanya

I just bought a cool standing desk and 13" LX desk mount LCD monitor in the ARM version. I installed my 27" LG 5K monitor, only to find that the height adjustment drops all the way down right away - in other words, a 7-25lb monitor arm can't lift a 14.1lb monitor? drops almost all the way down myself can adjust the height manually on a pole that connects to the table but the whole idea behind the purchase was to adjust the height of the monitor when I lift the table and stand up I am very disappointed considering this is a key feature that isn't working and I don't see anything in the instructions that does that would allow me to fix it. The only clue is that the instructions say that monitors weighing more than 2 will have this problem can 0 pounds which I definitely don't have.
