Review on Sullivans 15008 Titanium Dressmaker Scissors by Amanda Castillo

These scissors feel good, even for large hands. Cuts right to the end of the blade, which is ideal for long blades. The blades on them are 4.5 inches from the mounting screw. I used them to cut two and four layers of quilted cotton. Two coats went very easily and accurately. Four layers are a bit tiring and need to be more careful, but no more than with most scissors. There is little friction near the closed position, making them easy to manage even for arthritic hands with regular scissors. Purely aesthetic, but the blade is the same coloring as the pen in iridescent color and this feature will appeal to those who love color. Definitely recommend.
