After reading many reviews on this and similar products I decided to order two of these for a pantry makeover. The reviews mentioning making sure it was easy to assemble were very helpful. It's such a simple product that it's very tempting to just bypass the instructions. Which only leads to problems when assembling! So follow the very simple instructions and setup will be a breeze. The main body is a three piece block that unfolds in a U shape BUT its sides must be fully unfolded to face the other way. It's easy to get lost here. It's strong enough for our needs and can take a beating. Plastic baffles secure the back of the rack to the front of each shelf for added strength. They're vinyl-like and shaped, so pay attention to which end hooks are in front. Overall very satisfied with the product, so ordered 2 more! Now it is easy to understand at a glance what canned goods are needed, they are all in place. No more overbuying because we can't see what's really there.
