I like that it's easy enough for me as an admin user (I'm not even sure if you could call this person "a developer" - but either way) to be able to use without needing someone else in my organization who knows how things work behind the scenes of what we do.
The tool itself sometimes has issues where certain information will get mislabeled or won't show up at all when trying to search using some keywords or filters. Sometimes there are bugs within our environment which cause us problems too! Make sure your team can handle any potential support needs quickly so they don't have downtime while waiting until another department gets back into their office after vacation time is over. We're solving the problem of having multiple people managing different aspects of our infrastructure from one place by centralizing them here instead of sending out emails asking questions about something specific each day.
