This item did not work after installation. The Touch 20 feature was not working. Unfortunately, Revain's return period has expired as the item arrived much earlier than we were told (which would be great in most cases!). We had to contact Delta directly and they didn't send out a new faucet until we followed their "try-to-fix" protocol for the first time. We were told that they would send us a new solenoid which is required for the Touch 20 feature. After receiving the wrong part (a useless plastic ring) Delta informed us that the part we wanted was in stock and would not be shipping for at least 8 weeks! Long story short we finally got a new solenoid and the faucet still doesn't work! I have contacted Delta again and they will just send another solenoid instead of a new faucet! Unbelievable! Very disappointed with this product and Delta. We paid extra for that particular Touch 20 faucet. Big mistake!
