I had to give up whey protein because I noticed I had indigestion and gas after drinking a post-workout shake. Not the kind of feeling you want to deal with after crushing him at the gym. So I tried plant-based protein first, which worked, but the texture and taste were terrible. I saw great reviews about this protein and heard it might help so I went with it. The taste is great! I've only tried chocolate so far, so I can't confirm any other flavors yet. Someone else mentioned that there was a strong taste of artificial sugar and I disagree. To be honest, most low-carb orders use artificial sugar, but I hardly notice it with Proven Egg. Flavor is second only to Ghost, which I love, but it's high in carbs and causes bloating/indigestion. Next, this egg white mixes sooooo smooth and sooooo easy. You'll immediately notice that it's not clumpy upon ingestion like other powders and doesn't really pack into a scoop. Today I mixed the protein in a shaker without a wire ball and it was absolutely smooth. I didn't even realize I'd forgotten until I rinsed the shaker.
