Very easy to put on but taking it off is another story. The hair stays stuck even if I twist it in the same direction/angle that I twisted it. had to pull out a clump of hair with velcro to unhook the hair, almost panicked, thought I'd have to cut it off. . Because of this, I lost some hair and gave me a headache. I'm not sure if there's a specific technique to do this, or if it's meant for Caucasian hair, but I still wouldn't risk putting it back on my hair. Although the curls still turned out well
