The product is really excellent. I had never cooked sushi before getting this set and now I cook once or twice a week. It has everything you need to make sushi. Each item in the package is made of good material and quality, very easy to use for beginners. The mat used to roll sushi is the only item that is very difficult to clean, but that's fine as long as you avoid getting the sauce on it. The biggest concern is that the strings will now fray or snap after so many uses.
