My daughter wanted to take up soap making as a hobby to bridge the quarantine period. She did a lot of research and came to the conclusion that silicone molds are easier to work with. I don't know if it was an accident but there were 2 molds in our package. It also came with shea butter and goat milk, melt and pour over the soap base. A pound equals approximately 5 bars. We've never used shea butter before and compared it to goat milk soap which I adore. We liked goat's milk better as it didn't seem to dry out hands as much, but shea butter comes in second. There is no odor, which is nice for those who are sensitive to it. The colors take a little getting used to as you really have to mix them to avoid dark spots on the strip, but this can be done by hand. It just takes a little longer. This set was a win for us.
