The product didn't last 6 months but they promised a new product.
The product worked fine for about 3 months, then the left screen flickered intermittently, we assumed it was the HDMI cable and have replaced it several times. But now the screen doesn't even work (on the left), the screen turns on and then off. This product is NOT worth the price you pay for it. It does not take long. sure a pity. TO UPDATE. Support has contacted me and requested a screenshot of the order placed and they will send me a replacement. If I don't receive a replacement within the next 4 weeks I will definitely revert to my original 1 star rating. Again, the product was great until it stopped working for 6 months.
