Very strong plates - Monitor Accessory

Nothing fancy about them but they do the job well with my new monitor arm. There are a few holes that the instructions say not to pay attention to. Not me. I screwed in two small screws to hold the bottom plate in place while I installed the lever - this made the installation a lot easier than trying to hold everything at once.
