Defective or low quality

I'm not sure if the packaging is defective or not. But either all the sheets came off the backing sheet and the ones I tried to cut were shiny and the htv parts stuck to the backing sheet when weeded. I tried heating the press and any glitter that didn't detach from the base also stuck to the shirt. I've never experienced that with any other brand. Great deal and nice colors but unfortunately mine was a waste of money as it was useless.
