Product idea is very good. I use this on my catamaran over the navigation station. It may be a great product, but the documentation is rubbish. I've included what was supposed to be a revision of the wordless instructions. Tilt and pan are adjustable and have a wrench to adjust how tight they are, but the up and down is only controlled by the louvers inside and they're riveted. This is a very stupid way to set it up, which the documentation doesn't explain well. I emailed the company directly and gave them all my information, the only response I received from them was an auto reply. After 1 week they finally replied and explained in words what was not on page 6. Their excuse was that they have a lot of support calls. Something quite plausible given the junk instructions. In the end I'm very happy with the purchase and hopefully with my corrected page 6 you won't have to wait a week for a response from their support team.
