Makes a big difference

I have SERIOUS biceps tendinitis. Nothing helps. And it's so bad that I'll have to have surgery at some point. So far that has been my only relief. It hurts even when I write or type, but putting it on relieves the pain a lot. I will say that I try not to wear it very often just because I've read that it weakens muscles, not strengthens them. , but my pain is so bad that sometimes I didn't care and I wore it all day. This is the only cuff/bandage I've seen for biceps tendonitis as well. have the right size. It fits my hand well, which is nice, but it squeezes my hand and feels really weird. It's definitely not an attractive look. Be prepared for a woman with flabby triceps - it will make your fat arm look terrible. But then again - so there's no pain - who cares.
