Not what I expected

I opened the box and was so happy because it looked so cute. When I looked at all the parts, some of them were broken or not completely damaged. I was disappointed to say the least. I can draw them easily. However, I cannot replace the missing parts, the hands of the males and the hooks to hold them on the tree. I looked at everything in the box and jumped up, they were there but they weren't. 😔
