Bought these for a friend, they are still holding up
I'm not a rodent owner so I can't honestly rate them on categories like 'value' and 'resistance to chewing' but my friend has two male rats who sleep in it regularly and have no problems. I will say that this doesn't look like material that rats generally enjoy chewing on.
