I don't see how you can promote macro photography when you can't take close-up shots of small objects. that was the only reason i ordered it. unpacked it and spent a good half hour trying to find the macro setting and playing around with the w resolution and different modes to get it to shoot macro. no bone. it's not a complicated menu system. False advertising is now completely distracting me from this whole brand. When I then immediately returned it, Amazon credited the gift card to my account instead of refunding me, but didn't tell me about it. . Another user on my account used a gift card so now I'm out of camera and money. . . . . . not a cool amazon, not cool at all.
