Review on 📀 Daewoo DV6T955B DVD / VCR Combo: The Ultimate Multimedia Solution by Toki Louton

I got this unit from Target after my old DVD player broke down. I was just looking for a replacement DVD player and then came across this device. My VCR was also getting old and I thought it would be a good idea to replace both at once. Finally it would have been cheaper than buying separate units and there would have been a lot less wiring, less than a remote control etc. Well the VCR worked great and I was pleasantly surprised at the sound quality (I have pretty good sound). ). System). However, the DVD section had a distinct high-pitched whistle that came out of my speakers like a running engine, which was audible even at moderate volume when playing a DVD. Not good! I grabbed a good DVD player and put the Daewoo aside. I never bothered to return it and ended up gifting it to a friend who needed a VCR and only played DVDs through the small speakers on her TV. Everyone's happy now, aren't they? Not correct! A week later the DVDs began to freeze, first for a split second, then longer and longer until they could no longer be viewed. What is this crap!
