First I received a product that looked more finished than I normally like. I contacted customer service with pictures and they sent me a new one for free without having to send another one back (I hate returning things, it's so hassle and waiting is pointless when you need device protection). He got me and is in perfect condition! Fits great, the color is nice and soft and it's easy to clean so far. It's not the best protection but what do I need my tablet for (art) works great! I like that it has a pen holder and was concerned that this would prevent the pen from being magnetized in the usual place on the tablet. But it works well, the magnet in my tablet is so strong it even works in a case! No complaints here and great customer service!
