I spent about a week trying to find a decent switcher that would work well with my gaming consoles after seeing that some people were having trouble with the more popular options so I settled on this one because of its price and good design. To my surprise, it worked better than expected. With the Sony Bravia TV, the PS4 and PS3 are still connected to the TV via the Switch, so the TV's auto-on and remote control functions still work. I don't have a 4k TV so I can't verify if it really outputs 4k, but I've had no problems with 1080p video and everything works perfectly. Some people have claimed in other reviews that this switch doesn't come with a charger, which is dead wrong. It might just be a USB cable, but for my setup I plugged it into my TV's USB port and it works fine. My only complaint would be that the IR sensor is a separate piece that plugs into the switch. All in all, if you're looking for a cheap switcher and aren't too concerned about future-proofing your setup, I'd recommend this one.
