Size down if you're bigger (14-18) and you're wanting a snug fit around the hipto wear as a little longer, showing, undershirt. I like them if i'm wearing a top that'snot quite long enough for leggings. adds that length since i'm def not small enough for short tops and leggings ha! They're crazy soft, thin but not cheap thing. great for what i said and i think they'd be comfy to sleep in. Just returning for a smaller size.
