I received a new Sonos Arc White and subwoofer but the app and system are very buggy. I've already wasted 2 hours and it still doesn't work properly! I called support and they stopped me. I waited over 30 minutes then hung up and called back. They closed while I waited. I have factory reset both the soundbar and subwoofer multiple times. I've had to uninstall and reinstall the app many times and the setup always fails at various points along the way. The app is obviously very buggy. Don't waste your time or money. Mine still doesn't work.
