After wanting the NYX Ultimate Brights palette for years, I finally caved and got myself a "present of unicorns" for Christmas. The sheer variety of tones is enticing, but the shadows themselves aren't all that great. It's crucial to use a primer when applying eye shadow so that it lays down evenly and stays on all day.
