I was looking for the perfect personal carry-on for travel and hoped this bag would fit. I took it on a recent trip and was very disappointed. It is bulky due to the limited amount of items it can hold. Both outer pockets have slits to allow items to fall out. And missed the return. Wow. Back to search again
