I have never written a review about a meat thermometer. I'm not getting paid for it and I didn't get it for free. I'm just impressed and want to help other buyers. I have had so many thermometers, bluetooth, regular, steel, electronic etc some work better than others. This has everything I need. I mostly use it for chicken and pork. The fact that it has a dual purpose - it can be used with an oven or grill - is amazing. main rib? No problem. The hour hands are longer than shown in the photos and the temperature is displayed very quickly and accurately. For example, instead of waiting a second to get a true reading, the thermometer will display its constant readings at a fast update rate to the nearest decimal place. 100% recommend this if you need a meat thermometer and don't need bluetooth.
