This shampoo used to be my salvation for a scalp condition. I used it for several years. Then the original bottle design went away for a while and this one came out. After some shortage in product I got it from here at last. Well, it doesn't work now. I do not know why. My scalp is as irritated as if I never used it before. It used to solve my issues completely in 2-3 uses, now I can use it for months with no results. I know sometimes our body gets used to a product or medicine we use, but I used it successfully for YEARS. This leads me to believe that perhaps the formula has changed from the original. I mean the actual shampoo looks and smells the same but it does nothing now. I'm not even sure what to do now, it was the only product that has ever worked for me.
