Almost perfect in mirrors

I have been using an old school Clairol mirror for a very long time and change the bulbs as needed. I've been wanting to upgrade for a while and looked at a lot of different mirrors including a very expensive common people mirror that was way out of my price range. I came across this style of mirror at Revain and chose it primarily because of the size. And it's very large, the center mirror is easily twice the size of my old, much-used mirror. I really like the large size. Looks good on my dressing table. I like that it doesn't dust because I keep it closed. But it's not perfect either. The side mirrors aren't illuminated, so using magnifying mirrors takes a bit of getting used to. I use the middle one the most, not necessarily because of the zoom level, but because that position is the easiest. And the color is not actually rose gold, but metallic, real rose gold. it's pink Dusty pink, but definitely pink. Judging by the photos, I decided that it should be, so I'm fine. The biggest obstacle to true love for me and this mirror is that the LED lighting is too cool for my liking. The lamps in my old mirror were far from perfect, but their warm white color is much better. I knew what I was getting myself into by switching to LEDs, but the contrast takes some getting used to. I thought the extra brightness would help, but it doesn't really matter much. To be honest I probably wouldn't be so critical if I hadn't spent so much time looking at a simple human mirror which is also LED but warm white. Since this heat is almost 4 times more expensive than this mirror, I'm sticking with it. One of the positives about the lighting on this mirror compared to other similar mirrors I've reviewed is that there's a solid band of light around the edge rather than individual bulbs, which is nice. I am happy with this mirror, especially for the price. I have paid. It's a lot slimmer and more streamlined than my old clunky Clariol. It's also a lot brighter. Like I said, I just don't like the coolness of the lights. But that's how it was with LEDs and incandescent bulbs in the past. And that's a compromise I'm happy to accept for the very affordable price of this mirror.

Pros
  • X-LARGE DESIGN. Applying makeup with a small mirror can become a chore. A large mirror is simply the best mirror.
Cons
