We usually buy Capezio pointe shoes for my daughter's dance classes. I decided to try these as a summer work shoe as they outgrow them so quickly. We've only had them for about 3 weeks, but so far we've been pleasantly surprised. The material is a little thinner and the box feels a little less stiff, but she said the differences are minimal and didn't affect her ability to practice. They're a bit too big for us. I ended up ordering a second pair half a size smaller.
