Review on 🔧 iFixit Magnetic Project Mat: The Ultimate Magnetized Work Surface for Electronics, Phone, and Laptop Repair by Joseph Quade

I was very excited about this product as like everyone else I tend to lose screws while working. The mat itself is great, strong and magnetic enough to hold screws even if you turn it upside down or tip it on its side. Here comes the disappointment: when I received the product, the anti-smudge dry wipe pen was dry and didn't work. I called support and it prompted me to leave a message for them to call me back so I left a message. Nothing replied, it's been 6 days and still nothing so I emailed and again no response from customer service. When they treat their customers like that, they feel ashamed. I am very dissatisfied with this company. If iFixIt reads this review please contact me and replace my faded daily erase pen and I will update my review accordingly.
