Mojave 10.14.3 on Mac Mini - 3 large monitors now work without issue with the latest driver downloaded from the DisplayLink website. I used a small StarTech splitter, but one of the monitors had to use scaled settings (smaller than its full width), regularly had this fuzz on startup, I couldn't see proper contrast, and the 2 monitors on the splitter kept flickering and would often not boot. when the computer wakes up. I updated my DisplayLink driver but these issues kept occurring, sometimes very frequently (like every 5 minutes) and it regularly interrupted my ability to do my job. This is an important update. I have both DVI monitors on mDP adapters, one in mDP, one in Thunderbolt. HDMI routes to this one - so I actually have the option to run another monitor. You can also connect them to USB3, but if you use a splitter your output will be limited by the splitter. This actually has more graphics power than your regular key splitter. No flicker. No fluff. Full monitor output. Couldn't be happier!
