However, please note that I received this item for free in exchange for my honest review. === The review begins: This is a very attractive and FUNCTIONAL parka to keep you warm on those cold winter days. Full hood to keep your face warm. Reflective lining that looks like a space blanket to keep your body warm. The zipper goes all the way to the top with no problems. Although we have short winters here, this is perfect if they really come. I can't say how it will behave in sub-zero temperatures, but since it has quite a bit of fluff, I dare assume that there will be no problems. Pockets are deep, roomy, lined. The faux fur on the hood is soft and delicate. You can also layer an oversized sweater underneath if you'd like (go up a size if that's the plan). My wife says carrying it is like wearing a soft comforter around your body when you leave the house. The real test will be this winter when we go skiing. I will update this review as needed but for now this seems like the perfect winter wear for the woman in your life.
