We are able to have an automated system for our vacation rentals properties that is very easy to use, with no human intervention needed when making changes or updates. The software does not always work perfectly - sometimes it will take several days before we figure out what's wrong. Sometimes there are issues with pricing during off season months where prices fluctuate wildly due to weather conditions (e.g., in South Florida). This has caused us some problems as well because it can be difficult to price accurately. Having this type of tool available really helps streamline the process of managing our rental properties, especially since they're so spread out geographically.
