The perfect purchase for me, exactly what I was looking for!
I bought a Titanium model a little over a year ago. One speaker failed two weeks ago. Contacted support. I sent the headphones for examination by a transport company. Found a factory defect. They made a replacement for a new model, because. The one I had was out of production. Delivered by the same transport company to the point of issue. Pleasantly surprised by the service and communication with support, everything is correct, prompt.
