Review on AGPtek Center Dialpad Headset Telephone by Domonic Roberts

I got this to work from home and wear the headset 8 hours a day. I like the overall design and the functionality of the base of this device, but I have two problems. The ringer switch is supposed to have high, low, and off settings and is labeled as such, but I have the switch either up, which is too loud, or off. The other issue I have is that I can't stand the headset. I usually wear a size 7 5/8 beanie, which is slightly larger than most. I'm having a really hard time getting this one-ear headset to sit comfortably on my head. During particularly quiet phone calls, I often have to hold the receiver to my ear with one hand. I'm buying a dual ear design that will work with this phone.
