Disappointing headset phone

When I tried this product, I was disappointed by the sound quality. The electronics simply did not work well enough for a clear phone call. The headset was not comfortable and the dialpad was confusing to use. The only pro was the price, which is cheap, but you truly get what you pay for. Overall, I would not recommend this product for anyone looking for a reliable headset phone.

The headset is not designed for large heads; fits badly.

I got this to work from home and wear the headset 8 hours a day. I like the overall design and the functionality of the base of this device, but I have two problems. The ringer switch is supposed to have high, low, and off settings and is labeled as such, but I have the switch either up, which is too loud, or off. The other issue I have is that I can't stand the headset. I usually wear a size 7 5/8 beanie, which is slightly larger than most. I'm having a really hard time getting this one-ear…

Cheap but effective

I needed a dial pad phone to replace a Plantronics dial pad that had worked for many years. However, I have my own Plantronics wireless headset, so all I needed was a dial pad. One of the main features I wanted was caller ID (my Plantronics dial pad didn't have it and sometimes I wanted to avoid calls). The phone dials well and the sound quality (through the headset) is good. Those were the main things (even eliminated the hiss I had with the Plantonics dialpad that I didn't even know I had)…
