I'm not entirely sure yet because the same p0128 code problem I had before the install reappeared afterwards. So now I'm going through the process to find out why the code reappeared. IAT, temp sensor replaced, coolant level is full and my aftermarket electric fan is working fine. Tomorrow I will digitally measure the coolant temperature throughout the system and compare it to real time torque scan PID sensors to determine if the thermostat is bad. I don't want to replace the thermostat AGAIN because it's not a fun solution. Update April 2021: I have purchased a new ACDelco OEM Thermostat and replaced this item which appeared to be faulty or broken as my SUV is now up to operating temperature as expected and NO more P0128 DTCs!
