As others have complained, the small pigmented granules that suddenly turn to color (blood red and charcoal grey) are annoying, but I managed to sand them down. Also, you need to find the right color, and the packaging is misleading about the color you actually get. Maple/birch/pine are quite yellow and don't work with white pine; This will turn your wood yellow and you won't be able to sand it quickly. Tint Base/Natural was perfect for the spruce I had, but it's too white; I got it out of the trash. The manufacturer needs to do a much better job of matching colors, even if that means referencing color swatches you can view in big box stores or selling multiple swatch kits so you can try and decide which ones Color you should choose should buy. That being said, the product seems good when you determine what color to buy.
