I love this scarf/cape/scarf. It's very warm, versatile and I love the pockets. I don't put anything in my pockets, but they keep my hands warm. The length is great so you can wrap it like a scarf and the width is perfect for covering your shoulders and arms. I bought it on the lightning sale and am very happy with it. Personally I don't think it's itchy, static or scratchy like some people have said. It's not super soft or plush if that's what you're looking for. The yarn has small white fibers that make it softer (see photo), if they weren't there it could get scratchy. In fact, I knit and use different types of yarn. If you're worried about it being scratchy, this scarf is a mix of acrylic and nylon, so I suggest going to a craft store or Walmart, any place that sells yarn, and grab yarn that's the same mix .
