I am a waiter in a gourmet restaurant. We use touchscreen computers to send orders to the kitchen. This became an issue when the pandemic hit as we are required to wear gloves at all times. My fingertips are often not found. I was fed up with unresponsive screens and decided this stylus would be the solution to that problem. I liked that it could join my many pens in my apron thanks to the clip. The one I received was badly dented in the middle. While this is essentially a blemish and still serviceable, I am very disappointed in its condition. As no other items that came with this item were damaged, this leads me to believe that no care was taken to ensure the condition of the product prior to dispatch. UPDATE: I feel compelled to up my original rating by one star just because of the fantastic customer service. I tested. I was contacted immediately and every effort was made to resolve my issue. I received a package with three spare parts. Couldn't be happier.
