Great customer support with quick turn around times - they will work along side you through each step until your issue has been solved! I can't say enough about how helpful this team was at CincyBells when we had issues last year (2 years ago). They were fantastic & really made our experience seamless throughout my first few months there as well! The only thing that could have improved upon would be their ability for faster response time but other than just waiting longer it hasn’t changed much lately- so no big deal here either :) Highly recommend them if looking into working remotely from home anywhere within an enterprise environment such us Cisco/Linksys or Microsoft network environments where security measures are key requirements.- Excellent knowledge base available online via helpdesk / ticketing system which makes life easier while troubleshooting problems.
