Lousy product, low quality.

A fervent supporter of Samsung products. My previous phone, a Galaxy S3, had served me well for the previous five years and is still in use by my nephew. I decided to upgrade to this new model. One of the primary issues with this phone is that the battery does not last for a sufficient amount of daytime hours. In order to maintain our "flagship" status and increase our overall output, I believe that we will need to make a sacrifice. After two months of use, communication issues occurred, and the audibility worsened for both me and the interlocutor: at first, it seemed as if we were talking next to each other, and subsequently it seemed as if we were talking behind a wall (very deaf). The phone that costs 50,000 is not capable of performing its PRIMARY purpose! The approaches that were used in the ASC were unsuccessful; instead, they reverted the phone back to its factory settings and noted that no defect was identified. After that, random restarts and freezes started occurring. As a direct consequence of this, the trial has been going on for over six months now, after having been worked on for four months. But praise be to God, it won't be much longer. Going ahead, I'll mention that a third-party audit that was chosen by Samsung themselves found a manufacturing flaw in the motherboard. The question that needs to be answered is: What did the ASC do back then, and what do they get paid for?! The corporation changed its focus from concentrating on quality to working on increasing output instead. What the future holds for it remains to be seen. Yet, I believe that the outcome is foreseeable.

Pros

Cons
  • Problems with the Battery's Communication Service maintenance The manner in which Samsung interacts with its clients.
