NOT AS SHOWN! good for accessories

I ordered a Freedconn TCOM-SC as shown in the picture with a microphone and speaker connected as a unit. I received everything separate elements (with a wire to each speaker and a wire to the microphone) as in the photo with two speakers and a microphone. The three-wire system comes with a fixed microphone and a software microphone, and the microphone is a separate cable (three wires total). The 3-wire system also takes up more space in the ear area on the helmet (because the microphone has a separate base that needs to be glued on). speakers and doesn't take up as much space in the ear area of the helmet. The ear area of my helmet is not big enough for a separate speaker and microphone! After receiving the wrong product I saw that they sell a fixed mic/speaker system separately (a two wire system with a small mic boom on the right speaker) so I ordered it for the TCOM-SC which again they shipped wrong ! I am trying to contact the company to find out how to get the items I ordered but I will be returning them as they do not fit the ear area of my helmet. I've also had a Freedconn Bluetooth headset for over a year. and that's okay, I had to replace the battery once (after three months) not because the battery was bad, but because the charging socket was bad and is part of the battery! (Not only is the charging cable difficult to plug into the helmet charging port, but it is also a very odd size, not the usual size of a mini USB or any mini size! I think it may be the same connector on some cameras, but in any case if you lose the plug you're screwed! To make things even more confusing, they've now changed from an 8 pin connector to a 5 pin connector! You don't mention this anywhere in the description as you assume that you order a replacement charge plug or a spare plug if you don't know plug type or pin type?
