Less than two days after using this device for just five (5) minutes, I had to be hospitalized with the worst back pain I've had in years. I have osteochondrosis in L4-L5 and L5-S1 and I have regular back pain and I thought this might help stretch the muscles a bit. I used this on Tuesday around 5pm for five (5) minutes on the lowest level, woke up on Wednesday with a little more back pain that lasted all day, and then on Thursday I was in pain like I hadn't in many years . I had to ask a neighbor to take me to the hospital, I was in so much pain. I'm not saying this device caused all that pain, but it was pretty random. If you are considering purchasing this device or any similar device, please consult your doctor(s) beforehand. This device has been returned to Revain. Update March 13, 2019: While I stand by my original review, it is important that you check with your doctor, chiropractor, or neurosurgeon before ordering this product. I have increased my stars to three (3) because the seller did a good job of making sure I am happy.
