Poor quality control, bad material
The material on the back of the pillow is brittle and will fall off when pressed with the legs. It looks like powder all over the floor. The chairs cannot sit tight after assembly because the seat part does not fit the leg perfectly. Although the leg itself can. And the fragility of the two chairs is different. QC did a lousy job!
