I like that they don't break when dropped or hit against objects. The 3 dividers are great for keeping food separate (my 1 year old likes to put his water cup in the section sometimes). She can still move and pull the plate if she wants to, but she doesn't move unintentionally when she eats. They're firm to the touch, aren't stained with sweet potatoes, carrots, or spaghetti sauce (note: I try to quickly soak or rinse my plate after it's done), and are a good size. Sometimes I even use them for myself haha. Update after over 1 year of use: I'm adjusting my rating by one star as I've noticed her food sometimes has an odd "dishwashing liquid taste" - as if the silicone got into what she soaked. I've never put them in the dishwasher before, and instead of soaking them, I try to wash them shortly after eating. and be non-slip. And still no problem with stains (and we had loads of spaghetti, chili, etc.)!
