Not good for notebook accessories
I bought 3 laptops, one for each of my kids as almost all educational institutions need them now. They seemed very practical and well designed, but after a few short months of use, the same error appeared. The fans' USB connectors are loose and don't offer a secure fit or cable connection. So the cooling pad is useless here. This happened to all 3 pads of the laptop.
