Beautiful wooden comb! I switched from plastic to wood primarily because I try to wash my hair every other day to keep it healthy/save shampoo money. The wooden comb will help distribute the oils throughout the hair, leaving it looking soft and not greasy. I think it also helps get rid of the split ends I usually suffer from. In the past, the wooden combs I bought had tears that would pull the hair out of your head or separate your real hair causing breakage and split ends. This comb appears to be carved from the same piece of wood and not fused together. I have thin straight hair but there is a lot of it on my head. Prongs that are closer together work better on thin, straight hair. Plus it's so affordable!
