Provides enough amperage but unless you have the perfect angle, 100% unobstructed sun and all 3 panels perfectly aligned you will not get the full 5V to the 5V electronics to charge . I plugged my phone in with all settings on a clear day and it kept turning the charging indicator on and off quite a bit. Any obstacle or shadow on a tiny part of the panels and you'll lose power if you unplug the charger and then plug it back in when it's gone. Great little solar panels though, small thin light and about 1-2 panels smaller than the older generation chargers I have.
