100% recommended. I finally have eyebrows that I never had.
Gave me eyebrows for the first time in my life. I've always had thin eyebrows and this product has always made them look thicker. I think it's a rice water based formula. I love it. I have bought this product six times already. With a little tweezing on the underside of my brows, a haircut, and brow gel, I don't even use brow products anymore.
